The open source revolution is coming and it will conquer the 1% - ex CIA spy

The man who trained more than 66 countries in open source methods calls for re-invention of intelligence to re-engineer Earth

Robert David Steele, former Marine, CIA case officer, and US co-founder of the US Marine Corps intelligence activity, is a man on a mission. But it's a mission that frightens the US intelligence establishment to its core.
With 18 years experience working across the US intelligence community, followed by 20 more years in commercial intelligence and training, Steele's exemplary career has spanned almost all areas of both the clandestine world.

Steele started off as a Marine Corps infantry and intelligence officer. After four years on active duty, he joined the CIA for about a decade before co-founding the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity, where he was deputy director. Widely recognised as the leader of the Open SourceIntelligence (OSINT) paradigm, Steele went on to write the handbooks on OSINT for NATO, the US Defense Intelligence Agency and the U.S. Special Operations Forces. In passing, he personally trained 7,500 officers from over 66 countries.

In 1992, despite opposition from the CIA, he obtained Marine Corps permission to organise a landmark international conference on open source intelligence – the paradigm of deriving information to support policy decisions not through secret activities, but from open public sources available to all. The conference was such a success it brought in over 620 attendees from the intelligence world.

But the CIA wasn't happy, and ensured that Steele was prohibited from running a second conference. The clash prompted him to resign from his position as second-ranking civilian in Marine Corps intelligence, and pursue the open source paradigm elsewhere. He went on to found and head up the Open Source Solutions Network Inc. and later the non-profit Earth Intelligence Network which runs the Public Intelligence Blog.

I first came across Steele when I discovered his Amazon review of my third book, The War on Truth: 9/11, Disinformation and the Anatomy of Terrorism. A voracious reader, Steele is the number 1 Amazon reviewer for non-fiction across 98 categories. He also reviewed my latest book, A User's Guide to the Crisis of Civilization, but told me I'd overlooked an important early work – 'A More Secure World: Our Shared Responsibility, Report of the UN High-Level Panel on Threats, Challenges, and Change.'

Last month, Steele presented a startling paper at the Libtech conference in New York, sponsored by the Internet Society and Reclaim. Drawing on principles set out in his latest book, The Open-Source Everything Manifesto: Transparency, Truth and Trust, he told the audience that all the major preconditions for revolution – set out in his 1976 graduate thesis – were now present in the United States and Britain.

Steele's book is a must-read, a powerful yet still pragmatic roadmap to a new civilisational paradigm that simultaneously offers a trenchant, unrelenting critique of the prevailing global order. His interdisciplinary 'whole systems' approach dramatically connects up the increasing corruption, inefficiency and unaccountability of the intelligence system and its political and financial masters with escalating inequalities and environmental crises. But he also offers a comprehensive vision of hope that activist networks like Reclaim are implementing today.

"We are at the end of a five-thousand-year-plus historical process during which human society grew in scale while it abandoned the early indigenous wisdom councils and communal decision-making," he writes inThe Open Source Everything Manifesto. "Power was centralised in the hands of increasingly specialised 'elites' and 'experts' who not only failed to achieve all they promised but used secrecy and the control of information to deceive the public into allowing them to retain power over community resources that they ultimately looted."

Today's capitalism, he argues, is inherently predatory and destructive:

"Over the course of the last centuries, the commons was fenced, and everything from agriculture to water was commoditised without regard to the true cost in non-renewable resources. Human beings, who had spent centuries evolving away from slavery, were re-commoditised by the Industrial Era."

Open source everything, in this context, offers us the chance to build on what we've learned through industrialisation, to learn from our mistakes, and catalyse the re-opening of the commons, in the process breaking the grip of defunct power structures and enabling the possibility of prosperity for all.

"Sharing, not secrecy, is the means by which we realise such a lofty destiny as well as create infinite wealth. The wealth of networks, the wealth of knowledge, revolutionary wealth - all can create a nonzero win-win Earth that works for one hundred percent of humanity. This is the 'utopia' that Buckminster Fuller foresaw, now within our reach."

The goal, he concludes, is to reject:

"... concentrated illicitly aggregated and largely phantom wealth in favor of community wealth defined by community knowledge, community sharing of information, and community definition of truth derived in transparency and authenticity, the latter being the ultimate arbiter of shared wealth."

Despite this unabashedly radical vision, Steele is hugely respected by senior military intelligence experts across the world. As a researcher at the US Army War College's Strategic Studies Institute, he has authored several monographs advocating the need for open source methods to transform the craft of intelligence. He has lectured to the US State Department and Department of Homeland Security as well as National Security Councils in various countries, and his new book has received accolades from senior intelligence officials across multiple countries including France and Turkey.

Yet he remains an outspoken critic of US intelligence practices and what he sees as their integral role in aggravating rather than ameliorating the world's greatest threats and challenges.

This week, I had the good fortune of being able to touch base with Steele to dig deeper into his recent analysis of the future of US politics in the context of our accelerating environmental challenges. The first thing I asked him was where he sees things going over the next decade, given his holistic take.

"Properly educated people always appreciate holistic approaches to any challenge. This means that they understand both cause and effect, and intertwined complexities," he said. "A major part of our problem in the public policy arena is the decline in intelligence with integrity among key politicians and staff at the same time that think tanks and universities and non-governmental organisations have also suffered a similar intellectual diminishment.

"My early graduate education was in the 1970's when Limits to Growth and World Federalism were the rage. Both sought to achieve an over-view of systemic challenges, but both also suffered from the myth of top-down hubris. What was clear in the 1970s, that has been obscured by political and financial treason in the past half-century, is that everything is connected – what we do in the way of paving over wetlands, or in poisoning ground water 'inadvertently' because of our reliance on pesticides and fertilisers that are not subject to the integrity of the 'Precautionary Principle,' ultimately leads to climate catastrophes that are acts of man, not acts of god."

He points me to his tremendous collection of reviews of books on climate change, disease, environmental degradation, peak oil, and water scarcity. "I see five major overlapping threats on the immediate horizon," he continues. "They are all related: the collapse of complex societies, the acceleration of the Earth's demise with changes that used to take 10,000 years now taking three or less, predatory or shock capitalism and financial crime out of the City of London and Wall Street, and political corruption at scale, to include the west supporting 42 of 44 dictators. We are close to multiple mass catastrophes."

What about the claim that the US is on the brink of revolution? "Revolution is overthrow – the complete reversal of the status quo ante. We are at the end of centuries of what Lionel Tiger calls 'The Manufacture of Evil,' in which merchant banks led by the City of London have conspired with captive governments to concentrate wealth and commoditise everything including humans. What revolution means in practical terms is that balance has been lost and the status quo ante is unsustainable. There are two 'stops' on greed to the nth degree: the first is the carrying capacity of Earth, and the second is human sensibility. We are now at a point where both stops are activating."

It's not just the US, he adds. "The preconditions of revolution exist in the UK, and most western countries. The number of active pre-conditions is quite stunning, from elite isolation to concentrated wealth to inadequate socialisation and education, to concentrated land holdings to loss of authority to repression of new technologies especially in relation toenergy, to the atrophy of the public sector and spread of corruption, to media dishonesty, to mass unemployment of young men and on and on and on."

So why isn't it happening yet?
"Preconditions are not the same as precipitants. We are waiting for our Tunisian fruit seller. The public will endure great repression, especially when most media outlets and schools are actively aiding the repressive meme of 'you are helpless, this is the order of things.' When we have a scandal so powerful that it cannot be ignored by the average Briton or American, we will have a revolution that overturns the corrupt political systems in both countries, and perhaps puts many banks out of business. Vaclav Havel calls this 'The Power of the Powerless.' One spark, one massive fire."

But we need more than revolution, in the sense of overthrow, to effect change, surely. How does your manifesto for 'open source everything' fit into this? "The west has pursued an industrialisation path that allows for the privatisation of wealth from the commons, along with the criminalisation of commons rights of the public, as well as the externalisation of all true costs. Never mind that fracking produces earthquakes and poisons aquifers – corrupt politicians at local, state or province, and national levels are all too happy to take money for looking the other way. Our entire commercial, diplomatic, and informational systems are now cancerous. When trade treaties have secret sections – or are entirely secret – one can be certain the public is being screwed and the secrecy is an attempt to avoid accountability. Secrecy enables corruption. So also does an inattentive public enable corruption."

Is this a crisis of capitalism, then? Does capitalism need to end for us to resolve these problems? And if so, how? "Predatory capitalism is based on the privatisation of profit and the externalisation of cost. It is an extension of the fencing of the commons, of enclosures, along with the criminalisation of prior common customs and rights. What we need is a system that fully accounts for all costs. Whether we call that capitalism or not is irrelevant to me. But doing so would fundamentally transform the dynamic of present day capitalism, by making capital open source. For example, and as calculated by my colleague JZ Liszkiewicz, a white cotton T-shirt contains roughly 570 gallons of water, 11 to 29 gallons of fuel, and a number of toxins and emissions including pesticides, diesel exhaust, and heavy metals and other volatile compounds – it also generally includes child labor. Accounting for those costs and their real social, human and environmental impacts has totally different implications for how we should organise production and consumption than current predatory capitalism."

So what exactly do you mean by open source everything? "We have over 5 billion human brains that are the one infinite resource available to us going forward. Crowd-sourcing and cognitive surplus are two terms of art for the changing power dynamic between those at the top that are ignorant and corrupt, and those across the bottom that are attentive and ethical. The open source ecology is made up of a wide range of opens – open farm technology, open source software, open hardware, open networks, open money, open small business technology, open patents – to name just a few. The key point is that they must all develop together, otherwise the existing system will isolate them into ineffectiveness. Open data is largely worthless unless you have open hardware and open software. Open government demands open cloud and open spectrum, or money will dominate feeds and speeds."

On 1st May, Steele sent an open letter to US vice president Joe Bidenrequesting him to consider establishing an Open Source Agency that would transform the operation of the intelligence community, dramatically reduce costs, increasing oversight and accountability, while increasing access to the best possible information to support holistic policy-making. To date, he has received no response.

I'm not particularly surprised. Open source everything pretty much undermines everything the national security state stands for. Why bother even asking vice president Biden to consider it? "The national security state is rooted in secrecy as a means of avoiding accountability. My first book, On Intelligence: Spies and Secrecy in an Open World – which by the way had a foreword from Senator David Boren, the immediate past chairman of the Senate Select Committee for Intelligence - made it quite clear that the national security state is an expensive, ineffective monstrosity that is simply not fit for purpose. In that sense, the national security state is it's own worst enemy – it's bound to fail."

Given his standing as an intelligence expert, Steele's criticisms of US intelligence excesses are beyond scathing – they are damning. "Most of what is produced through secret methods is not actually intelligence at all. It is simply secret information that is, most of the time, rather generic and therefore not actually very useful for making critical decisions at a government level. The National Security Agency (NSA) has not prevented any terrorist incidents. CIA cannot even get the population of Syria correct and provides no intelligence - decision-support - to most cabinet secretaries, assistant secretaries, and department heads. Indeed General Tony Zinni, when he was commander in chief of the US Central Command as it was at war, is on record as saying that he received, 'at best,' a meagre 4% of what he needed to know from secret sources and methods."

So does open source mean you are calling for abolition of intelligence agencies as we know them, I ask. "I'm a former spy and I believe we still need spies and secrecy, but we need to redirect the vast majority of the funds now spent on secrecy toward savings and narrowly focused endeavors at home. For instance, utterly ruthless counterintelligence against corruption, or horrendous evils like paedophilia.

"Believe it or not, 95% of what we need for ethical evidence-based decision support cannot be obtained through the secret methods of standard intelligence practices. But it can be obtained quite openly and cheaply from academics, civil society, commerce, governments, law enforcement organisations, the media, all militaries, and non-governmental organisations. An Open Source Agency, as I've proposed it, would not just meet 95% of our intelligence requirements, it would do the same at all levels of government and carry over by enriching education, commerce, and research – it would create what I called in 1995 a 'Smart Nation.'

"The whole point of Open Source Everything is to restore public agency. Open Source is the only form of information and information technology that is affordable to the majority, interoperable across all boundaries, and rapidly scalable from local to global without the curse of overhead that proprietary corporations impose."

It's clear to me that when Steele talks about intelligence as 'decision-support,' he really does intend that we grasp "all information in all languages all the time" – that we do multidisciplinary research spanning centuries into the past as well as into the future. His most intriguing premise is that the 1% are simply not as powerful as they, and we, assume them to be. "The collective buying power of the five billion poor is four times that of the one billion rich according to the late Harvard business thinker Prof C. K. Prahalad – open source everything is about the five billion poor coming together to reclaim their collective wealth and mobilise it to transform their lives. There is zero chance of the revolution being put down. Public agency is emergent, and the ability of the public to literally put any bank or corporation out of business overnight is looming. To paraphrase Abe Lincoln, you cannot screw all of the people all of the time. We're there. All we lack is a major precipitant – our Tunisian fruit seller. When it happens the revolution will be deep and lasting."

The Arab spring analogy has its negatives. So far, there really isn't much to root for. I want to know what's to stop this revolution from turning into a violent, destructive mess. Steele is characteristically optimistic. "I have struggled with this question. What I see happening is an end to national dictat and the emergence of bottom-up clarity, diversity, integrity, and sustainability. Individual towns across the USA are now nullifying federal and state regulations - for example gag laws on animal cruelty, blanket permissions for fracking. Those such as my colleague Parag Khanna that speak to a new era of city-states are correct in my view. Top down power has failed in a most spectacular manner, and bottom-up consensus power is emergent. 'Not in my neighborhood' is beginning to trump 'Because I say so.' The one unlimited resource we have on the planet is the human brain – the current strategy of 1% capitalism is failing because it is killing the Golden Goose at multiple levels. Unfortunately, the gap between those with money and power and those who actually know what they are talking about has grown catastrophic. The rich are surrounded by sycophants and pretenders whose continued employment demands that they not question the premises. As Larry Summers lectured Elizabeth Warren, 'insiders do not criticise insiders.'"

But how can activists actually start moving toward the open source vision now? "For starters, there are eight 'tribes' that among them can bring together all relevant information: academia, civil society including labor unions and religions, commerce especially small business, government especially local, law enforcement, media, military, and non-government/non-profit. At every level from local to global, across every mission area, we need to create stewardship councils integrating personalities and information from all eight tribes. We don't need to wait around for someone else to get started. All of us who recognise the vitality of this possibility can begin creating these new grassroots structures from the bottom-up, right now."

So how does open source everything have the potential to 're-engineer the Earth'? For me, this is the most important question, and Steele's answer is inspiring. "Open Source Everything overturns top-down 'because I say so at the point of a gun' power. Open Source Everything makes truth rather than violence the currency of power. Open Source Everything demands that true cost economics and the indigenous concept of 'seventh generation thinking' – how will this affect society 200 years ahead – become central. Most of our problems today can be traced to the ascendance of unilateral militarism, virtual colonialism, and predatory capitalism, all based on force and lies and encroachment on the commons. The national security state works for the City of London and Wall Street – both are about to be toppled by a combination of Eastern alternative banking and alternative international development capabilities, and individuals who recognise that they have the power to pull their money out of the banks and not buy the consumer goods that subsidise corruption and the concentration of wealth. The opportunity to take back the commons for the benefit of humanity as a whole is open – here and now."

For Steele, the open source revolution is inevitable, simply because the demise of the system presided over by the 1% cannot be stopped – and because the alternatives to reclaiming the commons are too dismal to contemplate. We have no choice but to step up.

"My motto, a play on the CIA motto that is disgraced every day, is 'the truth at any cost lowers all other costs'", he tells me. "Others wiser than I have pointed out that nature bats last. We are at the end of an era in which lies can be used to steal from the public and the commons. We are at the beginning of an era in which truth in public service can restore us all to a state of grace."

February 11, 2014 - In January 2012 we defeated the SOPA and PIPA censorship legislation with the largest Internet protest in history. Today we face another critical threat, one that again undermines the Internet and the notion that any of us live in a genuinely free society: mass surveillance.

In celebration of the win against SOPA and PIPA two years ago, and in memory of one of its leaders, Aaron Swartz, we are planning a day of protest against mass surveillance, to take place this February 11th.

If you’re in the US: Thousands of websites will host banners urging people to call/email Congress. We’ll ask legislators to oppose the FISA Improvements Act, support the USA Freedom Act, and enact protections for non-Americans.

If you’re not in the US: Visitors will be asked to urge appropriate targets to institute privacy protections.

A broad coalition of activist groups, companies, and online platforms will hold a worldwide day of activism in opposition to the NSA’s mass spying regime on February 11th. Dubbed “The Day We Fight Back”, the day of activism was announced on the eve of the anniversary of the tragic passing of activist and technologist Aaron Swartz. The protest is both in his honor and in celebration of the victory over theStop Online Piracy Act two years ago this month, which he helped spur.

Participants including Access, Demand Progress, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, Fight for the Future, Free Press, BoingBoing, Reddit, Mozilla, ThoughtWorks, and more to come, will join potentially millions of Internet users to pressure lawmakers to end mass surveillance — of both Americans and the citizens of the whole world.

On January 11, 2013, Aaron Swartz took his own life. Aaron had a brilliant, inquisitive mind that he employed towards the ends of technology, writing, research, art, and so much more. Near the end of his life, his focus was political activism, in support of civil liberties, democracy, and economic justice.

Aaron sparked and helped guide the movement that would eventually defeat the Stop Online Piracy Act in January 2012. That bill would have destroyed the Internet as we know it, by blocking access to sites that allowed for user-generated content — the very thing that makes the Internet so dynamic.

David Segal, executive director of Demand Progress, which he co-founded with Swartz, said: “Today the greatest threat to a free Internet, and broader free society, is the National Security Agency’s mass spying regime. If Aaron were alive he’d be on the front lines, fighting back against these practices that undermine our ability to engage with each other as genuinely free human beings.” According to Roy Singham, Chairman of the global technology company ThoughtWorks, where Aaron was working up until the time of his passing:

“Aaron showed us that being a technologist in the 21st century means taking action to prevent technology from being turned against the public interest. The time is now for the global tribe of technologists to rise up together and defeat mass surveillance.”

According to Josh Levy of Free Press:

“Since the first revelations last summer, hundreds of thousands of Internet users have come together online and offline to protest the NSA’s unconstitutional surveillance programs. These programs attack our basic rights to connect and communicate in private, and strike at the foundations of democracy itself. Only a broad movement of activists, organizations and companies can convince Washington to restore these rights.”

Brett Solomon, Executive Director, Access, added:

“Aaron thought in systems. He knew that a free and open internet is a critical prerequisite to preserving our free and open societies. His spirit lives in our belief that where there are threats to this freedom, we will rise to overcome them. On February 11th, we’ll rise against mass surveillance.”

On the day of action, the coalition and the activists it represents make calls and drive emails to lawmakers. Owners of websites will install banners to encourage their visitors to fight back against surveillance, and employees of technology companies will demand that their organizations do the same. Internet users are being asked to develop memes and change their social media avatars to reflect their demands.

NSA Project XKeyscore Collects Nearly Everything You Do On The Internet

Further leaks have revealed an NSA project called XKeyscore that, with a few keystrokes, can give a data analyst access to nearly everything a user does on the Internet – from chat sessions to email to browsing habits.

The system requires an email because many behaviors online are completely anonymous and it is only via some sort of identifier — a username and domain — that the system can scour the database of collected Internet traffic and metadata.

As Snowden said to the Guardian on June 10, “I, sitting at my desk could wiretap anyone, from you or your accountant, to a federal judge or even the president, if I had a personal email.” XKeyscore is how it is done.

The system is available to NSA analysts and can be accessed without a warrant. According to training manuals produced in 2010, the system requires analysts to request data on certain individuals. The system then scans traffic beginning and terminating in the United States using keyword searches. The system can also search Facebook comments, as well as other social media data.

The data is not permanent. Because the system gathers billions of records a day, the database can store it for at most a few days. The NSA claims that these searches, which can pinpoint communications between people online and over the phone and find mention of certain terms and names in blog posts, emails, and other shared content, are completely audited and are aimed at overseas targets — although American nationals are often swept in during the intelligence gathering.

“XKeyscore is used as a part of NSA’s lawful foreign signals intelligence collection system,” said the NSA to the Guardian. “Allegations of widespread, unchecked analyst access to NSA collection data are simply not true.”

Intelligence analysis ALWAYS follows a dual track of analyzing what you can see...and what you can't. The massive coverage on the recent Snowden revelations has basically all been theater as most had already been revealed and/or was known about by every Intel agency on the planet.

Two old platitudes come to mind...'Crying Crocodile Tears', and Shakespeare's “Me thinks she doth protest too much”. When you cut through all the smoke and mirrors, the essence is very simple.

Snowden, like Assange...despite the huge amount of classified material with all the embarrassing things that involved so many countries, neither of them seemed to know anything about the massive Israeli espionage that is carried out all over the world.

For example, the field reports from Afghanistan and Iraq involved Israelis being picked up as contractors doing very nasty things, and yes, doing them even to American troops. None of that stuff made its way into the leakers shocking release pile. We have people who wrote some of those reports, and they were major headlines.

My verdict? No leaker who has had access to the mother-load of dirty Intel laundry on numerous selected countries, and who never releases any on Israel, is for real. They are an operator. Why? Because busting open the Israeli espionage cover-up is the story of a lifetime.

On one side you have a loyal faction of modern Intel professionals trying to monitor and block Israeli penetrations. And then there is the rogue bunch assisting the bad guys for all the rewards offered, not so much by the Israelis themselves but their substantial political helpers.

This battle has been going on for a long time and there is a huge amount of material available even in the declassified files. If you want to find out more, all you have to do is scratch the dirt. It is the espionage scandal of our time and these phony leakers have contributed nothing.

Veterans Today burned Assange in the fall of 2011, with Ziggy Brzezinski helping through his big PBS interview where he spilled the beans about the Assange information being released having been 'seeded.' He gave our initial claims a lot more exposure.

So that really leaves only one plausible explanation for 'missing' the Israeli espionage angle. Remember I said it would be impossible for a really connected leaker not to know about it. And if Assange and Snowden were really these altruistic goody goodies who cry about the public's right to know how they are being abused by government spying on them, then why would they give the Zionists a free pass for doing it to all of us?

Press TV readers would know why...because these guys are on an Israeli string. This is simply Intel 101. When everybody is getting embarrassed by leaks except for that one special group, there is no suspect number two.

The Europeans are crying wolf as part of the charade, also. They all have been doing similar communications intercept spying on their own people...and more than a few of them in conjunction with the US under sharing arrangements.

The beginning of this came from the alleged 911 hijackers. They had spent time in various European states and moved around different legal jurisdictions as the most normal tactic of that era for avoiding close monitoring by counter-intelligence services.

Communications Intel people did not want to get caught being responsible for missing another major attack, so it was open city on collecting everything they could by whatever means available. The NSA name for it was Total Awareness. This sometimes would include having other jurisdictions do things that were illegal for you to do in your own country.

For example, years ago Canada intercept sites could collect material on Americans, and we on them, and both could testify that they were not collecting communications domestically and be telling the truth technically. But they were never asked about whether there was a sharing arrangement with anyone. This is part of the theater of Congressional hearings...what does not get asked.

The Israelis have a huge appetite for intercept information and they used their Jewish Lobby political muscle to get their contractors inside many of their friendly country counterintelligence operations, especially communications. In the US, Michael Chertoff literally hardwired them with full promotion and protection from Bush and Cheney.

Remember this is the crowd, along with Rudy Giuliani, who were going to make Bernie Kerik Homeland Security Director after being a high school dropout and detective third class. He was nothing more than a sock puppet for his handlers who would have been running the show.

What kind of leaders would use a tragedy like 911 to put a totally incompetent person in charge of the biggest conglomeration of Intel and law enforcement in history? Many were suspicious that they wanted to make sure that 911 would never be unraveled as to who was really behind it here in the US. Bernie would have been perfect for that. He has been out of jail a month now.

So what we have had going on is a cruel betrayal, not only here in America but in many countries. The War on Terror has been used by elites as an excuse to get a vice grip control over their populations, profiling them on a scale formerly only dreamed about.

Why would this be necessary? The only real answer is a looming fear of publics finding out what their governments had really done to them, the extent of the corruption and how thoroughly they had been pillaged.

People learning that their countries had been stolen, that would make them dangerous. They would all turn against those responsible. The only defense for the elites then would be to quickly round up all those of a certain profile, those who had the leadership skills, the knowledge, and the network strength to fight back.

The data mining ability available to governments now is absolutely incredible. They can find out just about anything about anybody...but not on the Israelis, of course. Think about it. With these new tools we should have been able to decimate Israel's espionage networks here...political, military, financial, media, academia and the think tanks.

How many Israeli Intel networks have the Western countries broken up since 911? The answer is zero. The Zionists have compromised these Western nations in a variety of ways, with the primary tool being political espionage as that is the pathway you use to get your people deeply embedded in all the important spots.

They spend ten, twenty years, even longer grooming their people to have them ready when the time is right to slip them into sensitive positions. Even our Justice Department has been compromised, as loyal people have gone everywhere to initiate prosecutions only to be told that it was just impossible for “protected entities”.

Assange, and now Snowden, are just side shows...burning up the public attention time clock that could have been much better spent going after the really dangerous threats. You cannot involve the Israelis in anything and have any security. The two are mutually exclusive.

The professional Intel people all know this, but get overruled by the civilian leadership where that fix is in. To call these countries democracies is an embarrassment to the word. These are conquered countries where people were sold the story about the tooth fairy and who are now struggling to outgrow their childish beliefs as their make believe world comes down around their ears.

All of these countries, their elite class, deem their own people to be their number one threat. And the Israeli Lobby operators are stuck to the elites like glue, promising to protect them when the dark times come...that they will be OK if they are with the right group.

Dear readers, we are not on their 'right group' list. We are on the expendable, potential threat one. Even War on Terror veterans found themselves on it, yet many are still refusing to let go of their Teddy Bears and face up to what has to be done.

You can shoot me as the bad news messenger if you want, but that won't save you. Saving ourselves is going to require some very clear thinking, determination, and building street armies like the Egyptians just did.

When we can put 50 million people into the streets and bring the military over with us, it will be a new Independence day. And the first order of business would be to clean up 911, and not let those responsible walk among us.

The signs of this are everywhere now both in the public realm and in the still secret world of military, spy and gangster agencies. On the public side, the head of Homeland Security and 15 top Sabbatean agents within that department were fired last week, joining the 26 generals, CIA head David Petraeus, Senate Intelligence Committee Chief J. Rockefeller, Pope Maledict, Queen Beatrix of Holland, Prime Minister Julia Gillard of Australia, King Albert II of Belgium and many others in a purge of cabalist operators. Only Eric Holder now stands, and probably not for long, between President Obama and the legal moves to remove him from office. On the yet to be made public side of things, Italian P2 freemason lodge members say former Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi of Italy is planning to seek political refugee status, maybe in Russia. In Japan, public security police sources say that cancer-stricken Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has only a few months left to live and that a replacement has already been chosen from within the current ruling clique. There are also ongoing secret negotiations between representatives of the Gnostic Illuminati, the heads of the world’s martial arts societies, the White Dragon Society, the government of Russia, the dragon family and the Green and Blue among others. According to several key negotiators　there is a broad agreement on the need to replace the current ruling structure of the planet with something more benevolent. There is disagreement however between hardliners, mostly in the Western military intelligence apparatus, who want to completely eliminate the 13 Sabbatean bloodlines and the moderates, including the White Dragon Society and various Asian groups, who favour a truth and reconciliation committee, a jubilee and a general amnesty. In any case, discussions about what comes next are still taking a back seat to the ongoing efforts to remove the cabal from power in the G7 countries. The cabal has been fighting tooth and nail to keep that power. In the US, the firing of DHS head Napolitano helped derail a plot to use the highly propagandized Zimmerman trial to trigger race riots as an excuse to declare martial law in the US. The involvement of US Attorney General Eric Holder in attempts to stir up race turmoil is now being investigated. In other cabal moves, a bombing attack on a Russian naval base in Syria is being reported as having involved Israeli planes flying out of Turkey. This is a clear attempt to provoke a Russian military reprisal against NATO member Turkey, triggering World War 3 and thus the Sabbateans’ long awaited “Armageddon.” Of course nobody is being fooled any more by such false flag operations. Russia responded by holding emergency military drills in the Far East, on the opposite side of Russia from Turkey, sending the signal that “we will retaliate but not when and where you think.” Instead of being fooled into war, Russian and Gnostic Illuminati agents say they will be targeting Sabbatean mafia leaders and top family members in Europe. Credible threats were also received from MI6 sources of another nuclear terror attack against Japan. In the latest plot, a nuclear device is supposed to be smuggled into Tokyo through a network of secret underground canals via the US airbase in Yokota in Western Tokyo. The source for this warning is the same one that told the Japanese before March 11, 2011 that Japan was about to be hit with a nuclear attack. The cabal is also trying desperately to stave off bankruptcy in the face of a growing global boycott of cabal income sources. In Japan, they have bribed Shunichi Tanaka, the head of the Nuclear Regulation Authority, to prevent the re-opening of Japan’s nuclear power plants, according to Japanese military intelligence sources. Reopening the plants would mean Japan would import $35 billion less oil per month from cabal controlled oil exporting countries. As a part of this campaign, various gangsters and agents have been spreading radioactive cesium around Fukushima, according to Japanese police sources. The cesium is mostly industrial waste from the oil and medical industries. The public relations office of the Nuclear Regulation Authority refused to comment on these allegations when called by this reporter. Despite such moves, cabal control of the oil industry is ending. In addition, the ongoing fires and crashes of Boeing jetliners is apparently part of a successful campaign to shut down the exports of largest US exporter. The death of US financial criminal Mark Rich has also exposed him as the head of an operation started in the 1990’s during the Clinton administration that has been replacing US gold supplies with tungsten coated bars, according to MI5 sources. Most US gold supplies have already left the country meaning the US dollar has no gold backing inside the US. The gold was apparently stolen by the families that own the Federal Reserve Board in order to stave off bankruptcy. The Chinese communist government, meanwhile, has bailed out Goldman Sachs in South Korea, according to an executive of a Japanese securities company. In return for continued bail outs of this sort, US corporate government spokesperson Obama informally offered the Sandwich Islands to China, according to a source close to the US/China economic negotiations that took place last week. The Sandwich Islands were renamed Hawaii shortly after the US invaded and took them over in 1900. Russia has also been offered the Aleutian Islands, according to FSB sources. Needless to say, once the criminal corporate government in the US is bankrupted and removed, the restored Republic of the United States of America will declare all such agreements null and void. Meanwhile Russia’s move to control the Middle East and thus European energy supplies, combined with the pentagon’s refusal to intervene, has sent shock-waves through European corridors of power. President Obama called Russian President Putin about this issue last week but all Obama can do is wring his hands. The Germans have taken a more robust response to Russian oil power politics by vastly increasing solar power generation and allowing the sale of 200 mile per gallon vehicles. Even within the classified programs themselves, there is so much compartmentalization that very few workers with a security clearance ever get to see the Big Picture.
I have had extensive, personal access to at least four major insiders who DO see the Big Picture -- or at least a majority of it.
Each of them have worked at levels where most of the hidden information is common knowledge -- and they have access to many of the compartments.

Your job is simply to identify and eliminate the threats to the Crown. You are only told as much as you need to know to do your job.
Right now, the security infrastructure that protects this extensive, compartmentalized world of secrets is being widely and openly revealed -- for the first time.
However, the secrets of what is going on "inside the palace" have barely even started to be identified and appreciated on a mass level.

THE PATTERN OF DISCLOSURE HAS NOW BECOME OBVIOUS
The pattern that disclosure will take has now become obvious.
You can extrapolate from what is already happening and have a good idea of where this is going.
"New" information comes out... and the public then realizes the truth was there all along, waiting to be appreciated.
"New" whistleblowers come out... and the public then realizes many other whistleblowers risked their lives to tell us the same things, years ago -- and were ignored.
It is natural for the human ego to deploy the full arsenal of "defense mechanisms" against the truth -- including the all-time favorite method of attacking the messenger.
Unless you are "completely brand-new to all of this," you have undoubtedly suffered these sarcastic, belittling attacks yourself. Many times.
Now, you are finally starting to be vindicated -- for having known and discussed things that are quickly becoming common knowledge.
Your vindication has only just begun. 2013 is indeed the year of the "I-told-ya-so party" -- and we're only halfway through it so far.

NSA DISCLOSURES ARE NOT PART OF AN ISOLATED EVENT
The main focus of my work in the last two months has been to integrate an astonishing range of data showing how a systematic, coordinated effort is being made, behind-the-scenes, to tell us the truth.
These "leaks" are not random. They are not arbitrary. There is a very strong, focused, coordinated effort underway to reveal the truth -- with exacting precision.

ALL FACTIONS OF THE CABAL WANTED SECRECY
We are not in a game of "problem / reaction / solution," where the Cabal creates the problem and then presents a "solution" that takes away even more of our freedoms.
Though there are at least three major, warring factions in the Cabal at this point, not including the Alliance, the one thing they've all agreed on is secrecy.
As soon as the public discovers the truth, in mass numbers, the Cabal can no longer maintain control. None of its factions can. It's that simple.
The public is far too powerful to control -- once they become aware of the extent to which they are being lied to, spied upon and manipulated.
Ignorance, superstition, fear and disbelief is absolutely necessary to keep the game going.
For that same reason, it is astonishing, and deeply gratifying, to see this all happening now.
Excellent, pulse-pounding movies will be written about the times we are now in -- for many years to come.

YOU AIN'T SEEN NOTHIN' YET
I can now talk openly with a "normal person" about subjects that would have gotten me a sarcastic rebuttal, a cold silence, an obsequious defense of the System, or a sudden change of subject only three months ago.
The "burden of wisdom" that we have been carrying, thanklessly, for so long is now starting to be shared by everyone on earth.
Furthermore, if you think that most of the "new information" is over and done with, and life will just go on, all I can say is: You ain't seen nothin' yet.
The changes these events will produce have barely even started. This will shock and surprise even the most battle-weary, hardened cynics and skeptics.
Thankfully, what we will get out of all this is NOT doom, fear, catastrophe and loss of freedom.
It will be precisely the opposite.

ONLY A MINOR PLAYER
The NSA is only a minor player in comparison to organizations like the NRO, Naval intelligence, Air Force intelligence and many other groups behind the UFO cover-up.
However, many, if not most of the personnel and leadership in these organizations are NOT sociopathic. They are patriots who DO want to tell us the truth -- and improve our world.
Secrecy is a burden that most of these personnel would love to release -- even just in their day-to-day life at home with their families.
I do believe a positive international alliance is orchestrating this ever-increasing disclosure of new information -- behind the scenes.
Some members of this alliance are still working within the intelligence services themselves as well -- under deep cover, in fear for their lives.

DISCLOSURE IS HAPPENING AS FAST AS IT CAN REASONABLY BE DONE
I do also believe that they are releasing new leaks as fast as they possibly can, without completely overwhelming us.
The public needs time to digest each new piece of information -- and right now it's a huge feast, with hundreds of intriguing new items to choose from.
The stories are getting wilder by the day. Things that would have seemed impossible to believe even two months ago now seem entirely plausible, if not obvious.
Let's examine one minor example of something that may still sound "crazy" today, but might become common knowledge in as little as another month or two.
This is one example that will make people really pissed off -- if it turns out to be true.
We need more of those kinds of revelations right now -- to break through the incredible denial, and understand the truth.

REMOTE-CONTROLLED AUTOMOBILES: LEGALLY REQUIRED IN THE U.S. SINCE 2008?
What if ALL new cars sold in America for the last five years -- all makes and models from 2008 and up -- can be remote-controlled by certain insider groups?
What if this system is designed so that it can fully override the actions of the driver?
What if all automakers were required, by a secret and unconstitutional law, to install this system in their vehicles -- to "protect" the public?
Would this not violate the fourth amendment of the US Constitution against "unreasonable seizures" of personal property?
Does the Cabal now possess the technology to achieve a blatantly unconstitutional feat of this scope and caliber?
Could they quietly install GPS systems, tiny smartphone-sized video cameras, power steering, power brakes and acceleration control in vehicles?
Why do most cars now have a push-button starter system -- and no longer require you to stick a key in the ignition?
Could it be possible to send these cars a signal to start up -- without the "key" being in the car at all?
Could someone use these automated systems to pilot the car at a distance: to steer, to accelerate, decelerate, brake, and watch where they're going?
What could a person or group do if they had this capability? Should we entrust them with this power -- if the truth were to be widely known?

ONSTAR IS ALREADY PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE
We already know the OnStar service gives unseen groups a surprisingly high amount of control over a motor vehicle.
The "bad guys" we're supposedly being protected from would already know about this -- and disable it -- in any car they would actually use.

GM admits that all of their vehicles since 2007 are equipped with extensive, remote-control automated systems -- via OnStar.

OnStar is included with all new GM vehicles, and some non-GM vehicles also include it.

You may find these systems in certain Japanese and European vehicles that were manufactured between the 2002 and 2005 model years.

Acura, Isuzu, and Subaru were the Japanese automakers that were party to the deal, and both Audi and Volkswagen signed on as well.

If you purchase a GM vehicle that was produced during or after the 2007 model year, it may also include a subscription to OnStar.

After that [2007] model year, all new GM vehicles come with a subscription [to OnStar, meaning all the tech is fully installed].

WHAT-ALL CAN ON-STAR DO?
A "subscription" to OnStar may not really be the proper term for this, considering that it is an extensive, fully automated remote-control system that is installed in your car, whether you want it or not.
Power steering uses computerized electrical motors to push the tires in the direction you tell them to go -- when you turn the wheel.
Could these motors be strong enough to force your steering wheel to move in ways you cannot control? Can a mechanical motor be stronger than your arms?
Why would Acura, Isuzu, Subaru, Audi and Volkswagen all pull back from officially using this system as a selling point in any of their cars... since 2005?

OnStar is a subsidiary corporation of General Motors that provides a variety of in-vehicle services, which are all delivered via a CDMA cellular connection....

General Motors established OnStar in 1995 with cooperation from Hughes Electronics and Electronic Data Systems, and the first OnStar units were made available in several Cadillac models for the 1997 model year.

OnStar is primarily available in GM vehicles, though a licensing agreement also made OnStar available in several other makes between 2002 and 2005....

Some OnStar systems can also perform other functions that might make it easier to recover a stolen vehicle.

If the police have verified that a vehicle was stolen, an OnStar representative may be able to issue a command to the OBD-II system that will slow the vehicle down.

This functionality has been used during high-speed car chases to stop thieves in their tracks. Some vehicles are also equipped with the ability to remotely disable the ignition system.

That means if the thief shuts your vehicle off, he won’t be able to start it back up again.

What else Can OnStar Do for Me?

Since OnStar has access to many of your vehicle's systems, there are a number of ways that an OnStar operator can help out if you're in a bind.

In many cases, OnStar can unlock your vehicle if you accidentally lock your keys inside.

[DW: The system would therefore also be able to lock you in, and prevent your escape, while the car is accelerating outside of your control.]

The system may also be able to flash your lights or honk your horn if you're unable to find your vehicle in a crowded parking lot.

OBVIOUS PRIVACY CONCERNS
This next excerpt reveals that there were already serious privacy concerns with this technology -- BEFORE all the NSA disclosures we are now seeing.
Bear in mind that cheap, tiny cameras could also be installed inside the vehicle's cabin -- so the driver and passengers could be monitored in real time.

OnStar has access to a lot of data about your driving habits, so some people have expressed concerns about privacy issues.

The FBI has even attempted to use the system to eavesdrop on private conversations, but the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals denied them the ability to do so.

[DW: And of course, we all know we can trust the FBI and other agencies to follow court orders.]

OnStar is also set up so that it makes an obvious noise whenever an operator places an incoming call, which makes it impossible for an unscrupulous operator to eavesdrop.

[DW: Couldn't they also install a bypass switch to disable the "obvious noise" of an incoming call -- when certain groups wanted to listen in?]

OnStar also claims that it anonymizes GPS data before selling it to third parties, but this remains a privacy concern.

While the data may not be tied directly to your name or the VIN of your car or truck, GPS data is by its very nature not anonymous.

GM also purportedly tracks this data even after you cancel your OnStar subscription, though it is possible to completely sever the data connection.

HOW WOULD THEY DEAL WITH IT?
Let's imagine that a "crazy" idea like "All vehicles sold in the US since 2008 are legally required to be remote-controllable" were to be disclosed, publicly, by a whistleblower.
(I have no idea if that will ever actually happen. It's only a hypothetical question at this point -- but some insiders have suggested this may be the case, as we will see.)
What would the official response be? Would they say this remote-control piloting system was only being used to stop criminals, dope dealers and terrorists?
Could these systems also be used for targeted assassinations -- making cars accelerate really fast, without the operator's control, and then steering them into a tree while locking the driver inside?
Could power groups then use this to "take out" people who threaten them -- like journalists chasing a major new story?
How many drivers would think fast enough to realize what was happening, have a good tool on hand to smash out a window, and jump out before the impact?
Would we entrust our "leaders" to be able to completely take control of our vehicles, and remotely pilot them, without our consent -- if this were publicly known?
How far would the "I have nothing to hide" argument get you at that point?

ARE THESE SYSTEMS BEING MISUSED?
Let's say there is a Cabal of insiders who are jealously protecting their secrets -- and defending their corporate interests against whistleblowers.
Up until recently, the majority of people in Western society might not have believed that something this massive and ugly could be true -- but that's all changing now.
A remote-control system like OnStar may have been responsible for the death of journalist Michael Hastings, who died in a fiery, high-speed car crash.

Hastings was driving a 2013 Mercedes C250 coupe when he crashed into a tree on Highland Ave. in Los Angeles at approximately 4:30 am on June 18.

Video posted online showed the car in flames, and one neighbor told a local news crew she heard a sound like an explosion.

Another eyewitness said the car's engine had been thrown 50 to 60 yards from the car. There were no other vehicles involved in the accident.

The fire was so all-consuming that it took the Los Angeles County coroner's office two days to identify Hastings' body....

WHAT WAS HASTINGS WRITING ABOUT?

Hastings practiced a brand of no-holds-barred journalism that tended to anger powerful people.

His 2010 profile of Gen. Stanley McChrystal, published in Rolling Stone, was so damaging that it ostensibly prompted President Barack Obama to fire the general (the president denied that the article had a role in his decision).

In the days before his death, Hastings was reportedly working on a story about a lawsuit filed by Jill Kelley, who was involved in the scandal that brought down Gen. David Petraeus, according to the LA Times.

KTLA reported that Hastings told colleagues at the news site BuzzFeed that he feared the FBI was investigating him.

On June 20, the FBI denied that any investigation was under way.

It is possible that Hastings was under a lot of pressure, got drunk, and went for a joyride. It is also possible that he was assassinated.
Was this fiery crash intended to stop Hastings from breaking his story, and intimidate other journalists from coming forward at the same time?
It is certainly true that the speed of new information leaks in the mainstream media decreased after Hastings' death, for almost two weeks, before it picked back up again.
However, even with strongly obvious, Mafia-style "hits" like this being openly conducted, there is no stopping the avalanche of disclosure.

CULVER CITY (CBSLA.com) — Questions persist following the death of Michael Hastings Tuesday, after reports that the award-winning journalist told WikiLeaks the government was watching him.

The peculiar circumstances of journalist Michael Hastings' death in Los Angeles last week have unleashed a wave of conspiracy theories.

Now there's another theory to contribute to the paranoia: According to a prominent security analyst, technology exists that could've allowed someone to hack his car.

Former U.S. National Coordinator for Security, Infrastructure Protection, and Counter-terrorism Richard Clarke told The Huffington Post that what is known about the single-vehicle crash is "consistent with a car cyber attack."

Clarke said, "There is reason to believe that intelligence agencies for major powers" -- including the United States -- know how to remotely seize control of a car.

"What has been revealed as a result of some research at universities is that it's relatively easy to hack your way into the control system of a car, and to do such things as cause acceleration when the driver doesn't want acceleration, to throw on the brakes when the driver doesn't want the brakes on, to launch an air bag," Clarke told The Huffington Post.

"You can do some really highly destructive things now, through hacking a car, and it's not that hard."

"So if there were a cyber attack on the car -- and I'm not saying there was," Clarke added, "I think whoever did it would probably get away with it."

HOW DOES ALL OF THIS MAKE YOU FEEL?
If you feel suddenly tired, weak, disgusted, angry and fearful as you read this, then the Cabal puppetmasters are getting exactly what they want.
However, in warfare, once you fire more than one gunshot from the same location, you have revealed your position to the enemy. You are now exposed.
If the Cabal is going to take a shot with a weapon like this, they'd better make it a damn good one -- as they really only get one chance to use it.
Vehicular remote control would be a system the Cabal couldn't use very often without creating widespread suspicion -- and the revealing of the method.
The only thing that would stop the public from believing it, at that point, would be the emotional trauma of seeing that such a massive, horrifying conspiracy actually exists.
Now, just one prominent use of this system has triggered a damaging insider rebellion. High-ranking whistleblowers have come forward and revealed some of what they know about it.
Therefore, this apparent assassination seems to be another sign of genuine desperation within the elite.
They may have been willing to reveal a long-standing secret weapon just to ace one journalist among thousands.
Clearly they have no interest in plea-bargaining for a lesser sentence. They are running it hot and hard, and fighting all the way down.

This three-hour documentary would probably never have happened if Neil Keenan hadn't filed a lawsuit against the Cabal in November 2011.

Neil Keenan’s team was the target of an assassination attempt last week.

The hotel suite previously occupied by this writer was broken into in the middle of the night, and the gas valve on the main tank unscrewed, so that the entire gas supply was released into the apartment.

Inchul Kim and our colleague Jo were narrowly saved from being either poisoned or blown up by the timely actions of Inchul.

[He] woke in the middle of the night, smelled the overpowering gas aroma, found the sabotage, recognized the danger, and carefully opened the windows to clear out the apartment.

The slightest spark would have been sufficient to blow the rooms sky-high, killing not only Mr. Kim and Jo, but in all probability Mr. Keenan as well.

Neil Keenan jokes about it in his recent video update, but that is just because it is Keenan’s nature to make light of danger.

But it is no joke to him – the lives of himself and his friends are in danger in Jakarta from many enemies. But that is the risk taken by a real whistleblower....

ATTACKS FROM "OITC" SPOKESMAN LEAD TO ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURES
As Dunn's update goes on, we see a defense against a new round of attacks that came from a spokesman for the OITC.
This is one of the groups responsible for manipulating the massive funds in the "Global Collateral Accounts" that were built from the gold stolen by the Federal Reserve.
These Collateral Accounts constitute a "secondary market" with its own economic system, and dollar values vastly greater than in our open world market.

David Crayford... is a self-appointed spokesperson for the so-called Office of International Treasury Control (OITC), a fraudulent organization claiming affiliation to the UN, which is currently selling phony diplomatic immunities for $20,000 apiece....

· CHARGE: “Keenan in an article dated 2010 stated that General Keith B. Alexander and Gen. Myers were fully cooperating with him in respect of the Collateral Accounts and his actions (Unlawful and Criminal), and that they (Alexander and Myers) held the power to make decisions.”

· REALITY: Crayford does not provide a link to the article he cites. Nor does he provide a context for the supposed statement by Mr. Keenan. Nor does he provide a quote of Mr. Keenan’s words.

Crayford goes on to accuse Neil Keenan of actions “unlawful and criminal” but does not state what those actions were, what laws (of what country) were broken, nor does he provide any evidence to back these accusations.

These are libelous and actionable statements for which he may be called to account in a court of law.

KEENAN HAS MANY USEFUL AND PATRIOTIC CONTACTS IN THE INSIDE WORLD

Regarding Keenan’s alleged relationship with General Keith Alexander and General Myers, in point of fact, Neil Keenan has many contacts in the military and intelligence communities, which have been very useful to him in the process of his work.

As anyone following the story of the lawsuit and the global financial shift should be well aware, there are factions within factions, and webs within webs, plots within plots, and dangerous ground wherever one treads when it comes to these networks.

Since Mr. Crayford has named the wrong general in this case (the General Myers known to Neil Keenan was Jack Myers who has since passed away), and has completely misstated the facts of the meeting in Monaco, it is apparent that his due diligence is, in fact, as usual (if you will) doo-doo diligence.

· CHARGE: In an article in late 2011 related to the Monaco Accord organized by Keenan and the Swiss Government, it was clearly stated that Gen Keith B. Alexander and Gen Myers were at that meeting.

If readers remember, [this meeting] was held in Monaco and moved to a US Warship moored in the Mediterranean Sea following the disruption, which was blamed on Jay Rockefeller, of the meeting in Monaco.

· REALITY: Once again, Crayford’s “facts” are falsehoods. The meeting was indeed organized with the help of certain Swiss officials, but it was held on a 160 foot yacht, not a U.S. warship.

The entire purpose of the Monaco Accords gathering was to free the non-aligned nations (especially the Asian nations) from domination and control by the Western oligarchy. No such gathering could ever have been held on a U.S. warship.

Word of the gathering reached the Rockefellers, the pre-eminent U.S. clan of that oligarchy, who dispatched Senator Jay Rockefeller to essentially “crash” the party as an uninvited guest.

He was physically blocked at the gangplank by Neil Keenan. When he demanded “don’t you know who I am?” Keenan responded, “Yes, you’re exactly the person we don’t want on this boat.”

After Rockefeller’s unceremonious ejection, the yacht was then buzzed by Blackhawk helicopters before French fighter jets gave a warning pass overhead, whereupon the copters retreated.

The Monaco Accords proved to be a hugely important event, providing the basis for the subsequent BRICS alliance (though that alliance will apparently prove to be just a rerun of the European Union, as it lacks access to the Collateral Accounts).

As a sitting U.S. Senator, Jay Rockefeller would not have been denied entry to an American warship, nor would this hugely sensitive and secret gathering of non-aligned finance ministers ever have taken place on such a warship.

The finance ministers would simply have refused to board it.

ALL OF THIS IS PART OF A GREATER UNIVERSAL PLAN, NOW REACHING ITS FRUITION
Michael and I may not completely agree on the value and significance of the BRICS alliance -- or it could just be a misunderstanding in the wording.
I do believe that this opposition group is very important, has humanity's best interests in mind, and can ultimately help us form a fairer and better system.
With that being said, I do understand that this entire story can be psychologically overwhelming.
Much like Snowden, it is very easy for people to hate Neil Keenan -- rather than consider the potential validity of the story.
It would cost at least hundreds of thousands of dollars just to produce all the photos of alleged Federal Reserve bonds, bond boxes and chests in Finanical Tyranny alone.
Also, remember that multiple, independent sources have come up with similar-looking images -- including those in the Joseph Riad lawsuit and the bonds seized in Chiasso, Italy.

THE TRUTH IS HERE -- WHETHER YOU CAN HANDLE IT OR NOT
So, apparently the Cabal systematically plundered the world of its gold reserves, through staged events including World War I and II, in order to gain full control of the financial system.
Surveillance is being used to make sure that these deep, dark secrets stay hidden -- but now everything is coming out in the open.
Most people who encounter this kind of information will deny and ridicule it completely, in order to feel more comfortable in their daily lives.
The truth has always been available -- at least most of it. The real test, from a psychological standpoint, has been whether you can handle the truth.
Now, we have finally reached a tipping point -- where the truth is openly and commonly known, whether you can handle it or not.
This, of course, can be psychologically overwhelming.

THE DARK NIGHT OF THE SOUL
The truth can propel many people into depression, anxiety and paranoia -- the so-called Dark Night of the Soul.
However, the Dark Night of the Soul is not the end of the story -- even though it totally seems that way while you're in it.
The illusion of Hell is that it is "eternal."
However, the journey through Hell, or the Dark Night of the Soul, is only one event within a much greater "script."
Best of all, the script has a happy ending. It's guaranteed. It's one very key "fringe benefit" of the living Cosmos.
This happy ending is actually written into the mind of the galaxy, the sun and the earth itself.
As far-out as this may sound, there is compelling evidence that this is actually true.

THE STORY WAS WRITTEN LONG BEFORE WE EVER GOT HERE
The biggest surprise -- which very few people really understand at this point -- is we are now living through one of the most exciting "plot points" in a story that was written long before we ever got here.
This story keeps repeating, again and again, throughout all of recorded history.
The closest and most precise retelling of this epic tale, in the actual life of a human being on earth, occurred in the story of Jesus.
This is undoubtedly the reason why Christianity, and its offshoots, has become the most prevalent religion on earth -- with nearly 30,000 different sects.
All other religions and their individual sects combined "only" amount to an additional 10,000 faiths -- as I revealed in The Source Field Investigations.
Is there some great, unifying force that connects together these 38,830 different religious denominations -- all battling it out for the authority to proclaim Truth?

COMPELLING CLUES IN THE BIBLE
Many ancient cultures, and their mythologies, featured various elements of this great body of hidden knowledge.
This knowledge was given to them by advanced human messengers who did not evolve into being on earth, but visited us -- to help us grow and evolve spiritually.
I also reveal in my new book, The Synchronicity Key, that Jesus left us compelling clues, which survived into the modern-day New Testament, that reveal how he knew about this grand, universal design.
A great deal of evidence appears in the Old Testament as well -- such as an astonishing mystery we find in the Book of Daniel, complete with numerical clues.
Until we identify and understand the great cycles, and how they work, these numerical clues cannot be correctly deciphered.

JESUS IS THE PATTERN
The Cayce Readings often said "Jesus is the Pattern" -- and now, it appears that we have figured out what they actually meant when they said that.
This does not mean that each of us will be literally nailed to a cross, suffer a bodily death, and re-appear in an Ascended light-body at this time.
The crucifixion and resurrection story is a very powerful, visually and emotionally compelling embodiment of the underlying pattern of initiation we all must go through -- at this time in history.
The events we are now seeing in the world, with the disclosure of astonishingly vast and invasive surveillance, represent a worldwide All is Lost point -- a journey through Hell, much like the crucifixion.

EVERY MOVIE IS THE SAME MOVIE
I was quite surprised to find out that all Hollywood screenplays are written off of this same pattern of "plot points" -- right through to this very day.
The "structure" behind all Hollywood screenplays takes time to explain -- but once you know the pattern, it becomes quite understandable and obvious.
The other night, I was watching a movie with a buddy of mine, stopped it at a certain point, and told him exactly what was going to happen to the "hero" at a certain point about ten minutes ahead of where we were in the film.
I had already stopped before the halfway "midpoint," and told him we would "either see a 'false up' or a 'false down' for the hero at this point." I was right.
Then, once the hero was ten minutes away from the All is Lost point, I forecasted exactly what was going to happen -- and when.
My friend was quite surprised, and laughed out loud, when it happened exactly the way I told him it would.
I said, "Look... these guys could never have sold their script if they didn't insert that plot point at that exact moment in the film. All the execs know what they're looking for, and where they expect to see it."
Every movie must have a "Whiff of Death" moment where the hero's goal seems to be completely beyond hope. This pattern is written into the mind of the galaxy itself.
These plot points also occur in the movement of historical events -- not just in mythologies, movie screenplays and our personal lives.

THERE ARE LOTS OF PEOPLE OUT THERE
Any inhabited planet in our galaxy will have some variant of hominid / human life. That's one of the biggest secrets that I thoroughly reveal in my new TV show, Wisdom Teachings.
This is very different than the paranoid, Cabal-financed Hollywood view of extraterrestrials as "Aliens" who are frightening and evil.
High-level insiders have told me that no human we've ever found has more than a 4-percent genetic deviation from our own DNA structure.
This is because DNA -- and human life as we know it -- is a galactic template, written into the basic energy of the Cosmos itself on a quantum level.
Ultimately, human life is energetic, not biological. The biological form is only one phase of our overall evolutionary curve as souls.

THE ORIGIN OF THE UNIVERSE WAS MUCH LIKE A SEED
We do live in a biological universe. The evidence is voluminous and undeniable -- though not popular, due in part to Cabal suppression of science.
The origin of the universe was much like a seed -- wherein the full form of the tree was already contained in potential.

Furthermore, every inhabited world will run through the same "script", again and again, until the people master the lessons it provides them with.
Every religion that forms on a given planet will feature some variation of this script as well -- revealing various aspects of what this story is trying to teach us.
One of the names this story is given in the Bible is The Book of Life.
Instead of rushing right into a technical discussion of the cycles of history in the new book, I spend the entire first half building the foundation of what the "story" means -- and why the universe works this way.

THE MYSTERIES OF THE LOGOS
I consider the Law of One series to be the most credible intuitively-derived document in modern times -- due to the extensive, provable scientific data it contains.
Much of this data did not become verifiable, with actual scientific studies, until well after the series was written in 1981-83.
The Law of One series gives us several critical clues revealing that Jesus became a physical embodiment of the mind and personality of our galaxy.
The "Father" may well be the mind of the Cosmos -- whereas the "Son" may well be the mind of the galaxy.
I see this as a "Cosmic Christianity" that may become far more widely known in the future.
Ultimately, all of us are the Logos. Jesus was, in Law of One terms, a master teacher who fully and completely remembered who he was -- and therefore became an embodiment of it.

"I AM THE LOGOS"
The Law of One calls our galaxy "The Logos." In the original New Testament Greek, Jesus said "I am the Logos" more than once.
Nowadays, we read this as "I am the Word" -- but what this really seems to mean is the word(s) of the Story itself.
This story, again, is the Book of Life -- the so-called Hero's Journey.
The "archetypes" or plot points within this story appear in our dreams -- whether we understand what they mean consciously or not.
On a higher, soul level, each of us knows where we are in the Book of Life -- and what we need to learn in order to reach the next step.
Right now, we are all going through the same lesson at the same time. This is one of the greatest functions of the repeating cycles of history.
The cycles, and their corresponding events, will happen right on time. The real key is what we choose to do with the experiences they create in our own lives.

A FULLER EXPLANATION OF JOHN 1:1
The discussion of the Logos also explains the enigmatic phrase that opens up the all-important Book of John, chapter 1, verse 1:

"In the beginning, there was the Logos. And the Logos was with God, and the Logos was God." --John 1:1

Remember that John had direct, personal access to Jesus on a day-by-day basis -- if you believe that the Bible is discussing real-world events.
It is very likely that this and other phrases were direct paraphrasings of things Jesus had said.
In various conferences, I have speculated that this seemingly mysterious phrase actually refers to the galaxy as the Logos, and also how the entire universe is the Logos as well.
No one knew what a "galaxy" was back then, even though more-advanced beings clearly would have -- so all of this knowledge had to be hidden away in metaphor.
This phrase says the Logos is the One -- is God -- but is also with the One, i.e. a part of the One, as well.
They are two seemingly different things -- our galaxy and our universe -- but they are ultimately formed from the same Mind.

LOGOS, SUB-LOGOS AND SUB-SUB-LOGOI
When the Law of One series uses the term "logos", they describe it in these exact terms. Ultimately, the "One Infinite Creator" is the Logos.
Our galaxy is also a full embodiment of the mind of the Logos -- while also retaining some degree of its own "personality" and individuality as well.
The galaxy is made up of stars. All of them are alive in this new scientific model.
Each star is a sub-Logos. Click here to see all Law of One passages that say "sub-logos."
A planet only has a portion of the consciousness of the Logos active within it. Thus, in Law of One terms, it would also be a "sub-Logos."
Then, human beings like ourselves contain a smaller portion of this consciousness -- and at times are referred to as "sub-sub-Logoi."
In Law of One terms, our goal is ultimately to attain "personality transparency" -- and regain our full identity and consciousness as the Logos.

I did my very best to make this new knowledge all understandable, entertaining and inspirational in The Synchronicity Key.
Here, I am opening up some side discussions that I didn't have time to cover in the book, with "only" 500 pages -- but that also leaves room for sequels.

WHAT DOES "HISTORY" MEAN?
The word "history" itself has an interesting history behind it.
The etymology of the word is "His Story" -- the story of the Logos, or galactic mind -- the "Christ Consciousness."
"His Story" would be an outdated, gender-specific term in our modern world -- but it was meant to reveal how history keeps revealing the same pattern of lessons we must learn.
The story has a very definite design -- written into the greatest mythologies around the world.

EACH OF US IS THE HERO
Each of us is ultimately the Hero -- moving through His Story.
Each of the plot points in this story are called "archetypes."
They are written into the mind of the galaxy itself.
They are written into the space that our planet and solar system drifts through as we move along.
Our lives and decisions are being invisibly and benevolently guided by these energetic patterns -- to steer us through a well-established "school of enlightenment."
This grand course curriculum was designed long, long ago -- by the Universe and the galaxy itself.

SOLVING THE GREATEST MYSTERY OF ALL TIME
I would have loved to see a major, uplifting, awe-inspiring spiritual event at the end of 2012. That was one, perhaps overly optimistic interpretation of the prophecies we have inherited.
The Law of One series does indicate that we will decisively move into "fourth density" some time approximately 30 years after 1981. They also say it will take 100 to 700 years for this transition to fully complete.
Once it seemed that "nothing happened" in 2012, it was time to go back to the drawing board -- and study the 25,920-year earth cycle that was scheduled to end in or around December 2012.

I WASN'T WILLING TO GIVE UP
So many ancient cultures placed such critical importance in the shift-point between the Age of Pisces and the Age of Aquarius, calculated to occur during this time, that I wasn't willing to give up just yet.
Even if the "grand finale" of the cycle didn't perform as I had hoped it would, that doesn't mean we just throw away all the data -- as it is extremely compelling and comprehensive.
Now I had to go back to the very same material that I had cut from The Source Field Investigations and look again. I had eliminated almost 200 pages to whittle it down to 500.
One of the subjects that got completely eliminated, in this epic and horribly painful cut, was the bizarre phenomenon of history repeating itself.
Major events in human civilization do repeat, as it turns out, in very precise cycles of time.

WE KNOW WHAT THE PLOT POINTS ARE -- AND WHEN THEY WILL HAPPEN
In The Synchronicity Key, I revisited these deleted pages -- and solved what I consider to be the greatest of all mysteries of life on earth.
There is indeed a great script -- an overarching Story -- behind the events that unfold on earth.
Once you understand that we are continually moving through a series of plot points, all the fear about where our current history is heading can be eliminated.
Not only can we identify exactly what these "plot points" are, we can also identify when they will happen -- with astonishing precision.
The entire second half of The Synchronicity Key -- from about page 250 to page 500 -- presents a wealth of scientific data that shows how this works.
