There has been hectic activity both on and below the surface this
past week as negotiations on how to upgrade the worlds’ economic and
political structures enter the final stretch. Under the surface, the
Chinese, the gnostic illuminati, the British, the Europeans, the
Military Industrial Complex and others have been in touch with the White
Dragon Society to outline where they have drawn lines in the sand.

On the surface, the Israeli government has ordered all of its
embassies shut down, there is an ongoing attempt to start a new cold war
and the UN has been making veiled threats of unleashing nuclear terror.

Under the surface, the same group that predicted in advance the
events in the Ukraine and a US military move against China (the missing
Malaysian plane) told the WDS the next moves will be “false flag
incidents in Malaysia and Indonesia followed by the shutting down of 12
US electric grids and a renewed attempt to start World War III.” This
can be seen as a sort of table pounding tactic aimed at affecting the
ongoing negotiations.

On a more positive note, a representative of a group calling itself
“Cobra resistance,” met with the WDS in Tokyo to negotiate an alliance
between Europe and Asia.

This coincides with the ongoing visit to Europe by Chinese president Xi Jinping where he is meeting with the G7 heads of state and with senior members of the committee of 300.

One of the proposals on the table calls for replacing the 5 permanent
members of the United Nations Security Council, the United States,
Russia, France, England and China with a council of eight. The
councilors or elders would represent Africa, America (North and South),
China, East Asia excluding China, Europe (including Russia), India, the
Islamic world and global first nations. Under this proposal each area
would have a veto over anything that affects their own region.

Although the details remain to be settled, there appears to be no
major objections to the broad outlines of this proposal. There is also a
lot of support for replacing a flawed democracy featuring brainwashed
voters, media manipulation, bribes and electoral theft with meritocracy
combined with genuine real time democracy.

The issue of what to do about the Federal Reserve Board and the European central banking remains the biggest bone of contention.

Here there is a broad agreement that the internationally traded US
dollar needs to become a separate currency from any new Treasury bill
issued by the Republic of the United States of America. This would allow
the Republic to invest almost unlimited amounts of government money
inside the United States without devaluing the internationally held US
dollars. It would also allow the US physical economy to be competitive
again. The only people objecting to this, of course, are the families
that own the current US dollar regime who would rather continue as they
are and wait for American living standards to fall to third world
levels.

Regardless of what happens with the US, the WDS pointed out to the
European representative that the Europeans could independently issue
their own government currency, backed by the material economy of Europe,
without any need to rely on Asian gold. It was also explained to them
that government money was a far better alternative than privately owned
European Central Bank debt notes called “Euros.”

Once the European and North American peoples are freed from
Babylonian style debt slavery, they will experience a renaissance unlike
any the world has seen before.

The Asians, with all their gold, will of course be in a position to
invest generously and gain influence around world, regardless of whether
or not the Europeans and Americans issue their own independent regional
currencies.

Meanwhile, as a back drop to these discussions, ominous occult
messages and threats are being sent out by the dying cabal. As mentioned
at the top, the Israelis have shut down all their embassies and their
ambassadors and top staff have gone to underground shelters.

This message also arrived from a source that has the ability to hack
my mobile phone: “The upcoming UN broadcast discusses destruction by
fire, the cleansing of the Earth and Lucifer’s coming teacher.” The date
for this was put as somewhere between April 14th and April 21st.

The “Cobra” representative said he had independently heard the same
date mentioned and said it has significant occult Astrological meaning.
However, he said that if enough people were able to think positively
instead of negatively about the event it would become a good thing
instead of another mass casualty event.

In any case, since the world’s largest military organizations do not
support the cabalists it is believed their threats are now mostly empty.
According to the P2 lodge, even president Obama is no longer siding
with the cabalists and the problem was restricted to a few Washington,
New York and Israel based Satan worshipping gangsters. These people will
not be around much longer and many have already vanished.

As mentioned above, Chinese President Xi Jinping is now in Holland as
part of a mostly Northern European tour. He will meet with Barack Obama
and the heads of the G7 there. While Obama and Xi are in Europe,
Obama’s wife, mother in law and daughters are in China. Although
everybody is too polite to say so, it seems to be they are there as
hostages to ensure President Xi’s safety while in Europe.

Obama will also be meeting with the pope as well as organizing a
meeting between Prime Minister Shinzo Abe of Japan and president Park
Gyeun-hye of South Korea no doubt to discuss North Korea’s push to
reunify the Korean peninsula.

The other ongoing push is to create a moderate Islamic Caliphate and
to end the attempt by the Zionist/Nazis to start a war between radical
Muslim brotherhood regimes and Christian countries. The latest move here
has been the announcement by Egypt that it will execute 529 members of
the Muslim Brotherhood.

The brotherhood is also being purged from Syria, Saudi Arabia, the
United Arab Emirates and other countries in the region. Moderate Islam
has finally had enough and is fighting back.

The interesting point about most of the links in this story,
especially about the radical changes in the Middle East, is that they
originate with UK based media companies. The American corporate
propaganda media is trying to pretend this is not happening. This is a
clear indication England has broken free from cabal control.

US and EU: Making Europeans Suffer is a “Price Worth Paying” to Punish Russia Over Ukraine

The people of Crimea rejected the coup government in Kyiv and voted to split from Ukraine and join Russia. In response to the referendum held Sunday, the United States and the European Union will announce “tough diplomatic and economic sanctions against Moscow as early as today,” according to ABC News. The U.S. and the EU consider the vote illegal and unconstitutional.

Obama called Vladimir Putin and told him the will of the people of Crimea will “never be recognized by the United States and the international community.” He said the U.S. and its partners in the EU and the United Nations are “prepared to impose additional costs on Russia for its actions.”

Those costs will undoubtedly fall on the people of Europe who will suffer in the wake of economic sanctions. EU bureaucrats and Western politicians, however, have announced they are willing to make Europeans suffer in order to punish Russia. “The West could also suffer costs if Russia cuts off energy supplies to Europe and further squeezes the Ukrainian economy,” The Washington Postreports today. “But Western officials say that is a price they are willing to pay and have pledged economic support to Ukraine.”

Europe imports 30 percent of its natural gas from Russia and the economic connections between the two are complex. “The EU is, by far, Russia’s leading trade partner and accounts for about 50 percent of all Russian exports and imports,” writes Gilbert Mercier. “The EU is also the largest investor in the Russian economy and accounts for 75 percent of all foreign investments in Russia.”

Russia responded to the threat of economic sanctions last week by moving more than $100 billion in Treasury bonds out of New York. “We hold a decent amount of Treasury bonds — more than $200 billion — and if the United States dares to freeze accounts of Russian businesses and citizens, we can no longer view America as a reliable partner,” Sergei Glazyev, an advisor to Russian President Vladimir Putin, told Baron’s.

“We would find a way not just to reduce our dependency on the United States to zero but to emerge from those sanctions with great benefits for ourselves,” Glazyev said on March 4. He added the move to impose harsh sanctions on Russia would result in an economic crash in the West. “An attempt to announce sanctions would end in a crash for the financial system of the United States, which would cause the end of the domination of the United States in the global financial system,” he said.

On March 10, Russia said it was preparing a bill that would freeze the assets of European and American companies operating in Russia if the West imposed sanctions. A large number of corporations would be impacted by the measure, including but hardly limited to PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, General Motors, Ford, Caterpillar, IBM, Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, ExxonMobil, Chevorn, Boeing, ConocoPhillips, and many others doing business in Russia.

Business leaders are concerned about the prospect of economic warfare. “An escalation would be economic madness,” Jean-Guy Carrier, secretary general of the International Chamber of Commerce, told McClatchy. “We don’t like sanctions on principle. They are a very disruptive instrument in dealing with political subjects, but if they come about, the type of sanctions should be as targeted as possible,” Carrier said. “If used, they should be on individuals. Across the board sanctions are quite disruptive to economies.”

For now, the West has decided to target individuals with sanctions. On Monday, EU apparatchiks slapped travel bans and locked down the assets of Russians and Crimeans involved in the move to secede from Ukraine and its junta government. Two anonymous diplomats, according to theAssociated Press, say the sanctions target thirteen Russians and eight Crimeans, although a breakdown of the nationalities has not been officially announced.

Politicians in the United States, however, are willing to play Russian Roulette with a fragile world economy. “Well, I think economic sanctions are a very important step,” said Arizona Senator John McCain on Sunday. “Identify these kleptocrats and — look, Russia is a gas station masquerading as a country. Its kleptocracy, its corruption, it’s a nation that’s really only dependent upon oil and gas for their economy. And so economic sanctions are important.”

Congress will undoubtedly take up sanctions when it returns from recess on March 24. Republican Senator John Hoeven of North Dakota told The Wall Street Journal he believes Congress will pass a bill imposing sanctions, possibly including an effort to hamper Russia’s ability to export goods, including gas Europeans depend on. “If we do that in a concerted way with our allies, we can make this painful to Russia,” Hoeven said on Sunday.

It will ultimately make life painful for average Europeans as well.

Russia releases key findings on chemical attack near Aleppo indicating similarity with rebel-made weapons

Probes from Khan al-Assal show chemicals used in the March 19 attack did not belong to standard Syrian army ammunition, and that the shell carrying the substance was similar to those made by a rebel fighter group, the Russian Foreign Ministry stated.

A statement released by the ministry on Wednesday particularly drew attention to the “massive stove-piping of various information aimed at placing the responsibility for the alleged chemical weapons use in Syria on Damascus, even though the results of the UN investigation have not yet been revealed.”

By such means “the way is being paved for military action”against Damascus, the ministry pointed out.

But the samples taken at the site of the March 19 attack and analyzed by Russian experts indicate that a projectile carrying the deadly nerve agent sarin was most likely fired at Khan al-Assal by the rebels, the ministry statement suggests, outlining the 100-page report handed over to the UN by Russia.
The key points of the report have been given as follows:

• the shell used in the incident “does not belong to the standard ammunition of the Syrian army and was crudely according to type and parameters of the rocket-propelled unguided missiles manufactured in the north of Syria by the so-called Bashair al-Nasr brigade”;

• RDX, which is also known as hexogen or cyclonite, was used as the bursting charge for the shell, and it is “not used in standard chemical munitions”;

• soil and shell samples contain “the non-industrially synthesized nerve agent sarin and diisopropylfluorophosphate,” which was “used by Western states for producing chemical weapons during World War II.”
The findings of the report are “extremely specific,” as they mostly consist of scientific and technical data from probes’ analysis, the ministry stressed, adding that this data can “substantially aid” the UN investigation of the incident.

While focusing on the Khan al-Assal attack on March 19, in which at least 26 civilians and Syrian army soldiers were killed, and 86 more were injured, the Russian Foreign Ministry also criticized the “flawed selective approach” of certain states in reporting the recent incidents of alleged chemical weapons use in August.

The hype around the alleged attack on the eastern Damascus suburb of Ghouta showed “apparent attempts to cast a veil over the incidents of gas poisoning of Syrian army soldiers on August 22, 24 and 25,” the ministry said, adding that all the respective evidence was handed to the UN by Syria.
The condition of the soldiers who, according to Damascus, suffered poisoning after discovering tanks with traces of sarin, has been examined and documented by the UN inspectors, the ministry pointed out, adding that “any objective investigation of the August 21 incident in eastern Ghouta is impossible without the consideration of all these facts.”

UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon on Tuesday said the UN investigators are set to return to Syria to investigate several other cases of alleged chemical weapons use, including the March 19 incident in Khan al-Assal.
